Welcome to Ettl Organic Winery

Nestled in the heart of Podersdorf am See in Austria, the Ettle Organic Winery has evolved from its simple beginnings as a “diversified farmstead” to become a beacon of organic viticulture.
Founded on the hard work of Johanna and Paul Ettl, the farm included vineyards, grain fields and vegetable gardens.

The 1980s marked a pivotal turn when their son, Paul Ettl, took over the farm with his wife Christa. Together, they focused on crafting exceptional wines and embarked on the journey towards organic winemaking.

Today, we have the wind at our backs with the next generation, Michael and Christian Ettl, now on board. Together, the two will steer this vessel that is rich in tradition into new waters, equipped with innovative ideas and a deep respect for our roots.

Our guiding principle is simple:
We work with nature.
Not against her.

It is this philosophy, that allows us to share our passion with wine lovers in Austria and abroad.
